Our Story

Nevada City, CA — where the digital revolution meets the Sierra Nevada foothills.

When the Internet was born, so was Nettop Publishing. Founded in 1995 with a bold vision — to transform a paper world into a digital one — we set out to help businesses, organizations, and communities make their mark online at the very dawn of the web era.

Back then, most businesses didn't have a website. Most had never heard of one. We saw what was coming: a new world that would connect people, amplify ideas, and literally benefit humanity. We wanted to be part of building that world — and we have been, every day since.

Thirty years later, that founding vision still drives everything we do. The technology has changed dramatically, but our mission hasn't: help our clients thrive in the digital world, whatever that world looks like today.
